Can I demo before purchasing?

Absolutely! . Unlike other app where you subscribe before you use the app. We provide a full access to the platform for 10 days. A full access demo trail is available for 10 days. Do note, after the trail is over we keep the users preferred number for 7 more days after which the number is released.

Can I use your system on different devices?

Currently the app is available for Apple Devices ( iPhone and iPad) only. We are working on publishing our app to Android devices as well. We are also working on enabling some of the features in the WEB as well.

Can I text/sms/mms to any phone numbers ?

The app provides the capability to send sms/mms/audio messages to US and Canada Only. You can receive messages from across the world. We are currently working adding more features to send global messages.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You can cancel your subscription any time. We have two payment tiers , 1. Monthly and 2. Yearly. Based on the subscription type the cancellation policy will apply . For iOS( Apple) apps cancellation can you done through settings and user profile. Do note, we keep the preferred number for 7 days after the subscription is over.

Can the app be used for Emergency services.

Unfortunately , 911 services or Emergency services are not available through this app. The goal of the app is to provide an unified messaging and communication platform.

What about the delivery of Messages

We use the communication technology used by carriers to send and deliver sms/mms. Different carriers have different delivery times. Unless and until there is a technical network issue, your messages will be delivered.

I have an issue with my account? Can I call Emergency services

Most of the issues are solved by restarting the app. In case of any problem please do send us a note at support@wezards.com. In case you have a billing or account related problem, please do contact us.

Do you provide a feature to search for a number of my choice.

We are one of the few apps, that provide capabilities to search for local and toll free number. We also give the users the capability to search by a number pattern.

How does video call and audio call work.

Video calls and Audio calls are enabled for existing registered numbers in the APP. For example if you have a number registered and there another number registered within the APP you can have Video Call , Audio call and end to end encrypted chat enabled.

How secure is the app? How secure are the SMS?

Communication within the app is end to end encrypted.That is,a person is sending a message from once registered user to another registered user , it is fully encrypted. SMS, whether it's P2P (person to person) or ATP (application to person) IS NOT end-to- end encrypted. SMS security is entirely dependent on the Carrier.
